Deleterious Alacrity of Motion - No Longer Affects Casting Speed?

Question

Posted

In the past, Deleterious Alacrity of Motion affected casting time.  I noticed that with The White March, this is no longer the case.  Average casting time spells (3 sec) take about 2.2 sec with 19 dexterity (27% action speed).  However, with Deleterious Alacrity of Motion, they still take the same amount of time.

This issue is easy to test with auto-pause for finishing an ability and consistently reproducible.

Hello, hugin7.  I am unable to reproduce this issue.  The casting time definitely decreases when Deleterious Alacrity of Motion is enabled.  Perhaps we have already fixed it internally.  If possible please upload a game that is experiencing this issue to Dropbox along with an output log and post a link here I can download.  Thanks!

Thank you for investigating.  This issue was reproduced with a freshly patched file (1.4 to expansion).  I tested with a brand new character and everything worked fine.  After a couple of trials of creating new files for my existing game and restarting, this game is back to normal, too.
