They didn't. Why would you change their stats btw? They got good enough stats to do POTD with them.

Because: changed Perception bonus from Deflection to Accuracy

 

EDIT: nvm i'm an idiot, no stats gave accuracy bonus before, i was thinking that they swapped the stats

If they didn't change the companion stat spreads, I'd think some might actually be improved in 2.0, like Grieving Mother who had a previously almost useless high Perception.
