I think it would be good if the quest entries in the journal specified not only who it was that gave me the quest but also where they are when I met them... sometimes it just says a name, but a few days later when I have actually completed the quest I have no idea where they are, sometimes you get the area name, but it would still be good.

 

Better would be to create a marker fo sorts on the map that links directly to the quest entry in the journal.
