strange looking cut scene

I am in the Inn. I talk to Lord harond and finish the quest.

They walk away slowly a few meters. When they are at the position of our group, the screen gets black very fast and gets back to normal very fast to. This appears irritating to me, compared to the other cut scenes in the game.

 

They should walk away until they leave the screen and the fade out and in should be slower.

 

This is not really a bug because I can finish the quest without problems
