Issues after update

I have just come back to the game after a few weeks and some of the quests seem to have re set and now I am locked out?

 

Certain areas I have cleared have re spawned as if I have not been there, i.e.in Ondras Gift I have been in to the lighthouse but I can no longer gain access as it says I do not have the key????

 

It is the same for other quests I have part completed

 

Any ideas please?

Did you keep multiple savegames in case something like this happens? I always keep a Minimum of 10 Savegames especially in complex RPG because sometime the saves get messed up.

Hello, riggers.  What update of the game are you on?  Please upload a saved game and output log to Dropbox and post a link here so I can take a closer look at your issue.  Thanks for your support.
