On the bridge I was figting a group of people for the quest "The Forgotten".

My main char wears the shoes that give consecrated ground and the spell triggered during combat.

After combat the spell is still visible on my chars (see picture).

This does not change when you go to another area.

 

I saved and loaded the game.

When loading, this was still visible but it disappeared after a short moment.

Is the issue still occurring or did it resolve itself when you performed a save/load action? If so , could you please upload a save file along with an output/player log via dropbox? From there I'll be able to take a closer look at your issue.
