There have been workarounds for this issue found from users of Wasteland 2 that involve increasing your available RAM. From looking at your files you are still running into issues because the game is running in 32 bit. On a side note the link should work fine without Tor, as I'm using Chrome, have tested it in Safari, and also Firefox.
