which file is responsible for % of char speed in slow mode and fast mode and normal mode? can it be edited by notepad?

Dunno, but it may be worth noting that IEMod has an option allowing you to increase the speed of fast mode by holding down the CTRL key.

Dark green, on the other hand, is for jokes and irony in general.
