Liberating Exhoration still not working against Petrify

This is the only hostile effect I have encountered that Liberating Exhortation will not clear (other then charm/Dominates but I get it cause they aren't friendly anymore).  It works on the other effects that really suck like stuck and Paralyze.

 

I have also noticed that when you buff someone with Liberating Exhortation and they are Paralyzed there will be a delay of a few seconds and the petrify symbol will be placed over their head.  They then are free of the Paralyze and fight normally.
