Can't find Foemyna.

I followed the quest hints but can't find her. Is she bugged? When I get to the Woodend I met the animancer I crossed earlier and killed her. But that was all that was in that zone.

She is in Woodend Plains in the right edge center of the map just above the road.  On my sixth play-through and she is always there.
