I mean, I sided with Crucible Knights but due to bug present before patch 1.06 I have no option to go with them, only to lonely represent Dunryd Row.

 

Due to issue with GOG patch 1.06 I'd need to reinstall the game to patch it, as well as reinstall few other things. Is it worth it? I mean, is there a meaningful difference between going at hearings alone and with one faction?

Nope. It does have an impact on the ending slides if I recall.

Actually the Knights never join you at the hearings.  You are led to the gallery as an emissary of the knights.  Their spokesperson is already down on the floor in the chamber.
