June 10, 201510 yr According to the description - Inspiring Radiance should mean that Holy Radiance gives Allies a +5 Accuracy Bonus for 15 seconds. However - it seems to also give this Bonus to Foes.
June 10, 201510 yr Ah...and I thought this was fixed in 1.06. Are buffs casted by enemies affecting your characters as well?
June 11, 201510 yr Author No - and my buffs don't affect enemies except this one, I think it's because this one does a lot of different things, (Heals, adds accuracy, does damage and Fears Vessels).
