Holy Radiance - Applying buff to enemies?

I created a cleric PC today and bought the talent that adds a +5 accuracy buff to the Holy Radiance ability.  Holy radiance has both beneficial friendly and detrimental enemy components.  The combat text window is reporting that the +5 accuracy buff is being applied to enemies as well as to allies.  I can't say if this is a visual bug or not as I have no way to check.

I am unable to recreate this issue through many tries.  Do you have a savegame that is experiencing this issue that you can upload to something like dropbox and then post a link here so I can download it and take a closer look?
