[BUG 1.0.6.0586] Liberating exhortation doesn't ignore paralyzed

I was fighting some Vithrack Sentries that paralyzed my character. I used Liberating Exhortation with my paladin but the effect from paralyzed was not ignored. Below you can see my barbarian under the effect of both paralyzed and liberating exhortation, however he is unable to move.

Configure browser push notifications
