Bug from previous patch that caused debuff icons to stick around (often when Suppress Affliction was involved) indefinitely is still happening. For Insect Swarm in my case. Debuff doesn't actually appear to be applied, but the icon will not go away. I was under the impression this had been fixed..

On a fresh playthrough (with more than 60 hours), I never had this problem despite using Suppress Affliction often. When the combat ends, I usually avoid doing anything until all the combat effects clear or expire.
