Three chicks vs. PotD (videos)

Hey everyone.

Even though I originally wanted to do TCS I decided against it, since I soloed the game twice on PotD and it got repetitive.

Here I will post major fights with my group of three, starting with Radrics Keep, before going to Caed Nua.

My party consists of PC paladina level 5 and level 4 fighter and cipher.

In this fight only the paladina has decent equip, since I just created the 2 level 4s and soloed the game until this point.

Equip will get a lot better once I go through Caed Nua.

Your Cipher can do both of these solo without doing a point of damage

Yeah I do, its good, I really hope they add multiplayer in those though, I see no reason not to, don't even need servers, just add lan.

What level were you when you went to Caed Nua main hall to clear the ghosts? You seem to be wearing plate armor there. Where did you get it from?

I killed Raedric before Caed Nua, they drop multiple plates.

I was Level 5 with the main and 4 with the hired mercs.

Ciphers are really strong, but there are plenty people saying wizards are way stronger and I believe them.

A cipher helps a lot, though, with clever positioning, antipathetic field is a killer.

Monks can solo the fight, though. (on Potd, lol)

I've heard antipathetic field is OP. Ive never used a cipher because of reports they are OP. And unlike wizards there is no per rest restriction.

 

How can monks solo it at low level? As moon-likes with summons?

The main reason monks are good is Torments Reach, it has a similar effect to Antipathetic field if you use the door. Moonlike and summon (u only have 1 before Caed Nua), help but they are not too relevant, since every class can use them.

The Raedric fight was pretty good. Youre obviously very skilled at the game, but POTD seems a bit too easy as is. I read elsewhere of people saying "oh go back to that fight when youre higher level, its too hard" and youre just like "yeah right i'll 3 man it at level 5".
