Is it just me, or are too many spells "Caster only?"

There's a bunch of stuff it would be nice to be able to cast on party members, but are not something you'd usually waste an action on casting on your party wizard.

Fleet Feet is the offender of the hour, especially as it reads "Tempowers the target with unnatural movement speed." which I took to mean you could use it on party members, prior to glancing at the "caster" line in the spell effect.

 

Several of these you can get on scrolls and potions too, like Merciless Gaze is also self-only. Feels weird.
