1.05.0567 Strange Mercy (kind wayfarer) doesn't trigger on DOT kills (ex tidefall)

theory would be that none of the paladin ON_KILL bonuses (strange mercy, inspiring triumph, ..etc)  trigger/activate for DOT kills (wounding weapons(tidefall), enduring flames(paladin talent), envenom weapon, ..etc   )

The Priest spell 'Triumph of the Crusaders' also seems to not work (it gives endurance on a kill).

Have this issue with The Black Path, Inspiring Triumph and Strange Mercy talents. None of the effects trigger if target dies from DOT.
