Character sheet shows Interrupt of 15 in two different places.
Said Fighter takes Interrupting Blows at level 6.
Interrupt now shows as 30 in two differnt places (Which means Interrupting Blows grants a flat +15, rather than 15%, as advertised. I still think this is OP, but the devs hath spoken).
The Test:
Had Fighter attack Eder for several rounds of combat to generate Interrupts in the combat log.
Several Grazes with rolls of 4 Interrupt.
Several Hits with rolls of 29 Interrupt.
No Crits, but I'm assuming based on the Grazes that the formula is Hit = Interrupt Value, Grazes = Interrupt Value - 25, Crits = Interrupt Value + 25.
So, where is the 29 combat log coming from? The character sheet shows 30 in two places. If the character sheet is rounding up, which of the two "15's" (Base from Perception or modifier from Talent) isn't really a 15? Finally, if the decision was made not to make the Interrupting Blows modifier a percentage, please update the description to reflect that it is an integer instead.
