First of all, I really hate how there's spoiler-map-makers throughout the entire game. They're everywhere, before you even know what is what. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a "Dragon's Secret Cave"-marker before a Dragon Cave, or something to that effect. It's idiotic. I had no idea there was a secret lab in the basement of Raedric's Hold, but then, yup, it's right there, on the map.
But anyway, since this is in the game..
There's' a map marker missing in the Main Interior of Raedric's Hold. By the western stairwell/staircase, you can choose to go up or down. But the staircase going upwards isn't marked on the map.
