[BUG] Animancer boots has 2 Jolting Touches per rest instead of 3.

Tested yesterday. It says in description 3x per rest. Also when you equip them and have spell on your tooltip it also shows 3x. However when you use it ONCE, it uses 2 spells and you are left with 1x use.
