There are a lot of durations in spell/ability descriptions that do not say X seconds (Y base). Is this a description omission or not?

Chant linger is not affected. Since the levelup tooltip says it should, it's unclear whether or not this is a bug.

If I'm typing in red, it means I'm being sarcastic. But not this time.

Dark green, on the other hand, is for jokes and irony in general.
