Some items disappear when reentering and exiting Cilant Lîs ruins

After the exiting Cilant Lîs ruins (and scene with the machine), I entered the ruins again. At that point I had a battle axe (from Calisca) and a hunting bow (in two weapon sets equipped). After exiting it the second time however, the battle axe and the hunting bow simply disappeared. I even retried with putting them in the stash before exiting - they disappeared all the same.

 

See attached run log and saves. One right before exiting (with items), and one right after exiting (with items gone).
