Living dead in the Sanitarium

I picked up the patient records from the small locked box in Riply's office. This was after all hell had broken loose, so she, herself, was no where to be seen but as soon as I picked up the records she sprung into existence and everyone who had died in the riot, guards and patients, suddenly appeared standing up and fully alive. Well except for not having any idle animations - everyone who had come back, including Riply, looked as if they had been frozen in time, but they where fully interactable, dialog working and all.
