You seem to be unable to right click this item to get the full item description. Also another weird thing is that if you try right clicking on it forces the game to pause.

 

I've attached my save and Vierina's Leaves can be found in Aloth's inventory.

I can right-click on this and bring up its description, but when I do it is locked to the bottom of the screen with its flavor text obscured.
