(Bug) Gaining approval immediately after saving Tenfrith, then killing him.

As soon as I save Tenfrith I gain approval with Gilded Vale, this makes sense because Tenfrith is a citizen of Gilded Vale. But as he runs away I kill him and the approval I gained doesn't become affected.  My reputation with Gilded vale is still "faintly good".
