Steps to reproduce:

1. Save game with enemies visible & toggle tooltips on

2. Engage enemies, hit them a bit, and then load the game

3. View the enemies that still seem to be "Badly Injured" etc. even though you just loaded the game.

It might be a display issue, but I can see them regenerating so maybe not. I've not tested if this actually persists in combat, either, as I have a desire to not cheese the game too much.

If it doesn't happen with all enemies, I specifically notice it with the forest lurkers in the corner of the black garden (forget name, path to Caed Nua)

Yeah, I'm getting this too with the Forest Lurkers. Map is called Black Meadow.

You don't need to engage the enemies or damage them.  Just F5 near enemies, then F8, and they are half dead.  Are you guys on PoTD like me?  Maybe the max health bonuses are applied after loading.

Yeah, PotD, and that sounds like it might be it.

Actually i noticed that after the patch one of my own team members is bugged this way too. Specifically the NPC druid (can;'t remember his name). Basically no matter what i do, he is at half endurance.

Hey Talonj,

This is in fact the case. I've added an issue into our database and we will work for a fix in a future patch.

Thanks for figuring this one out for us
