When loading my game from fresh, just like any other day, I have only 1 party member with no clothes on. The location (Endless steps of Od Nua Level 5) is accurate to my last quick save. I cannot move or do anything at all.  The odd time, a Xaurip in the corner will attack me, a Xaurip of which I had already cleared on a level I had almost completely explored. Pic 1 is my saved games, all of the games load the same location (Pic 2).  Even older saves will load the same.  When I un-pause game I get a tutorial message from the start of the game: Pic 3.  Pic 4 is my awesome inventory and stats: Nothing!

 

I included all of my save files, the recent ones being the quicksave, autosave and endless paths level 6.

I can load your save games fine with the latest released build. Maybe try Verifying the Integrity of the game cache in Steam to see if the update failed to download and apply properly in Steam.
