For example, if you queue up Durance's Holy Radiance several times, he will cast it for each queue instead of only casting it once. Not sure what other things can be spammed like this as I haven't tested it.

I've noticed the same thing. Aloth's Arcane Assault can also be spammed by queuing it multiple times. I hope this gets fixed in 1.05.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
