Bug - Can't advance main quest for Act 2 - Defiance Factions

It would seem that the second you accept the second quest from one of the Defiance Bay Factions, you are immediately locked into the unsolvable bug of being unable to get the third/final quest from any faction. Therefore, no Duc-invitation.

 

Example:

 

Completed Rogue Knight.

Accepted Bronze beneath the lake.

Went and did Bronze beneath the lake but didn't turn it in.

 

Went to Crucible fires, turned in missing sentries, and accepted Built to Last.

Turned in Bronze beneath the lake. Completed. Nothing else from wenan after that.

 

So I started finishing the Crucible Knights line. Finished Made to Last. Then got told you're too warm with the Dozens...
