I see the guy as being available but I cant recruit him. Anyone else having similar issues with this or other special hirelings?

Not sure if it's the same bug, but my hired hirelings don't show up anymore on the list, so i'm unable to fire them to make room for new ones.

He arrived for me before I got the barracks, once I got the Barracks, not one of the options... :/

I think thats what happened to me.
