I have gotten to Maerwald and whenever I kill him it does not initiate the dialogue in which you choose what to do with his soul... So I cannot choose to let him free, keep him, or suck is power

 

Reloading from this point does nothing the choice still does not exist.

    I got the same issue. I did start a new game, since i had same problems with the last patch. But it seems new patch does not fix this specific bug, no dialogue after fight. Any ideas, anyone?
