I am currently in Raedric's Hold, I went into the armory and now I am stuck within this room, when I try to get out of the room, I see the door icon change to an open door icon for a second and nothing happens.

 

 

yeah, its something to do with the fog of war, your pretty much stuck, as this can happen with any door you are behind, seems to be a silly oversight, and I hope it gets fixed, as its bloody annoying, as I'm in the lower dungeon of that place and can't open the door there due to the same bug.

I'm having the same problem in Raedric's hold dungeon. Some doors not showing an icon to open, preventing me from progressing in that quest line. I've tried getting to the required area from both sides, and both sides have the bug. Doesn't matter which character/companion I use to try to open the door.
 

Look for the other threads on this subject here; a developer posted a workaround for the time being.  You're not stuck.
