Since update, now when I hit map I can see the whole board...

Is this working as intended?

I'm at Cobblestone currently....

Gaming is interactive...watching TV ..not so much.

When I entered defiance bay the whole map was already uncovered: is it suppose to be this way?

The city zones (not Heritage Hill), like Gilded Vale and Dyrford Village should be uncovered automatically (no FoW). Wilderness areas, dungeons and the like should still have it, but the patch notes mentioned that explored parts should be less dark than before.

I certainly hope so - on my 27" imac the maps are so dark to be almost unuseable (even though I play in what my wife refers to as "the man cave" with no daylight reflections etc.) Gamma setting doesn't affect maps. Now if GOG would only publish the patch...
