The most recent patch changed the Ring of Protection to be closer to the Minor Ring of Protection, giving +10 to Fortitude, Reflex, and Will. However, it still also has the original +4 Reflex, +4 Fortitude, and +4 Resolve attached to it as well.

Does it actually give the additional +4 fort / reflex or are they suppressed?

They are suppressed.

Configure browser push notifications
