April 3, 201510 yr Click your intellect in character sheet and check if it says that you get the intellect bonus from Horn.

The patch notes say that the unconquerable property (that is, items such as the Horn of Moderation) are not yet fixed. Loading a bad save will repair the character, but those items should not be used atm.

April 3, 201510 yr Author My PC isn't a cipher; I'm unclear whether that means she shouldn't be using the Horn either, but I'll keep an eye on her Intellect and see how it goes.
