I was in Act I, Raedric's Hold.  Sagani approached me after a campfire and offered me a piece of deer jerky and a brief conversation that concluded with her telling me she was gonna help me find Thaos.  Except Thaos has not been introduced in my game yet.  

I think I got this in Brighthome or whatever it's called. I assumed I had just missed the part where he was named, and she was talking about the mysterious figure I was looking for.
