UI access more than the 1 and 2 level spells?

I only see 1 and 2 level spells..how do i get access to the third and above levels from my grimore?

maybe a stupid question but have you learned the spells?

You can get grimoires with spells higher than the levels you can cast. You can't cast a 3rd level spell until Level 5 or a 4th level spell until Level 7.

Also, is your level high enough? You don't have access to all tiers right away.

Thought once you learned the spells you could access them via the UI.
