iconic projection bug

When cast iconic projection on xaurips and wurm it damges 0 and show just blank space over log when put mouse on the message

Not to mention that the whole tooltip is messed up. That (0,0sec) should be the damage as iconic projection has no time effect. But this value went somehow to the tooltip (normally).

this spell also has a really short ranged on certain terrain, i'm not sure why. judging by the targeting UI. usually it's long but sometimes it's tiny.

the 1.03 patch still has a problem with iconic projection
