Bug: Cannot loot after attac on stronghold

I got a message that my stronghold will be under attac in 4 days. When I was at my stronghold, I selected to deal with it manually. I had a fight in the throne room which I won. The monsters dropped some loot. I was unable to get the loot. Leaving the area and reloading the game did not help.

 

I was able to get the items when I shut down the game completely and start it new.

yeah I get this a lot, and I also think this is a known issue.
