I have fought my way to the burial island. Standing on the edge of the pit i save to get ready to jump.

I do the jump, i fall, see a bright light and then get impaled at the buttom. Roll credits (literally).

Should this happen? Am i forgetting something? The quest goal clearly says jump and i even wen't through a walkthrough of the quest, which also indicates i should jump.

What gives?

The quest descriptions, and the delemgans, mention that you also need another thing to survive a jump down the pit.

Now, if you also have met that second requirement and still are falling to your death then... yeah, that would be a problem :-)

Thank you :) I think i know what to do

The same thing happend to me. I thought the sisters are blocking my way and I have first do the god quests (quest description "The Delemgan sisters of Twin Elms, chat chat chat blocking access behind him.") Surely the gods would be on the island. I did not get that the island is the end goal here.
