What does "shimmering like adra" mean

I found Grieving Mother in Dyrford Village and fascinated by simile "shimmering like adra" during conversation, however I would like to kindly ask you if anybody know meaning of this simile?

I don't think that's a simile, I just took it literally. Shimmers like adra, Adra being the greenish/blueish stonelike crystal that "grows" from the depths of the earth and is connected to souls. They shimmer in the light - like crystals do.
