April 1, 201510 yr Used a neck item called Talisman of the unconquerable on my cipher that is supposed to give +2 int and give a boost to focus generation. Instead it gave my cipher a permanent +2 int and lowered his focus generation to 2, with draining whip. Once i remove the neck item my cipher stops generating focus all together, making him unplayable.
April 8, 201510 yr I believe as of 1.03 you can remove the item and do a save/load to fix it. But the items themselves are still broken.
