April 1, 201510 yr Depending on where you live, no one knows really. I live in Europe, and so far I have yet to receive any information from Obsidian or Paradox about my physical items, aside from "Shipping Soon". Alledgedly, once your items ship you get an email from Paradox; but I haven't received any such email yet.
April 1, 201510 yr I received my physical goods on Saturday, no disc though, just the shirt/mouse pad/cards/map/box.. so I'd say it probably depends on where you live? Or something.
April 3, 201510 yr Trying contacting Obsidian in support, they will get back to you around two business days. I live in California, and it took almost a week to receive mine. What funny was it was USPS 1-Day Priority, but yeah...
