Does anyone know how to get a victim or some sustenance to Aldheim in Heritage Hill, so he can help you use the machine for your own benifit?

I have tried to get a addict or a prostitute for him. And killed a guard to see if I could take the meat, but nothing have worked. I really want to solve this.

In the back of Icantha's house behind a locked door are her prisoners.  Pick the lock and chose the [lie] dialogue option this will send them to the top of the tower, Aldheim gets some lunch and you get more power, everybody wins (aside from the prisoners of course).
