March 30, 201510 yr In all seriousness, I have no idea. I no exposure to this game until 2 days before release so know almost nothing about how it works. My question: My Cipher has base 19 INT - I have equipped 2 items that give +2 INT - and yet, my INT is only showing to be 21??

March 30, 201510 yr the bonus does not stack... if you get 2 items with +2 just 1 works (you can see it in your character sheet) .. You can get bonus from diferent sources ... 19 int + 2 int from rest bonus +2 int from item bonus +3 int from food bonus + ect.
