Hello,

 

is it just me but maps of the local area are way too dark?

World map and general game window are perfectly fine. Not related to day and night cycles too.

Played with Gamma settings, but that impacts other areas of the game too much.

Using latest Nvidia drivers here

 

Also Local map map sometimes turns into this

Is this a bug or a feature? Seems like my party was Lost in translation

The dark map issue was resolved in patch 1.03. I just verified it in the Vale, where my map was really dark in the initial release (1.02)!

That happens if you alt-tab while the map is open.  If you close the map and reopen it, the map will display correctly.
