So, basically everyone is dead:

 

- Everyone except throne room killed.

- Accepted assassination mission

- completed assassination mission

- throne room: stole something -> hostile -> killed everyone in throne room

- nothing lives in Raedrics hold anymore

 

-> So i wondered, does this cause (gamebreaking) problems further ahead in the game. I'm a bit too happy about my victory to reload otherwise...

If becoming the PoE world's equivalent to Tywin Lannister counts as a gamebreaking problem, I submit that perhaps it is the world that is broken.

 

You should name one of Kana's Chants the Rains of Raedric's Hold, and have it be nothing but the syllable that scares people.
