[ISSUE] Cannot upgrade enchantments after 5 enchantment limit is reached

I should be able to upgrade to exceptional, but I can't. This seems to be because there are the maximum of five enchantments, and the game doesn't understand that I'm not trying to add another one, but upgrade a current one.
