Hi Guys,

I need a clarification on how exacly active effects are stacking. It is in my understanding that only the highest value is taked under consideration, the rest is suppresed, but there is something in the guide:

Every character has two ring slots.

Rings are special because they
contribute bonuses that stack with item/spell
bonuses (but not with each other). Rings are
not shown on the character. Magical rings are
often signifi cantly more valuable than items of

other types because of how their bonuses stack.

Could anyone explain on how does this working exactly?

Thanks in advance.

Game guide (the one created by Prima Games).

The thing is that i have a cloak and ring, and they do not stack.

Bonuses generally do not stack unless specified otherwise. A Design Choice I do not like very much but can accept as a way of minimizing the "Overpowering of anything by good Equipment".

Items that grant the smae Bonus never stack, but obviously from the above Guide (if it is correct of course) Rings stack with Spells/Abilities.

Simple as that.
